Privacy Notice

Aspire Hospitality Start Free · Last updated June 2026

This notice explains how Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd (ABN 34 670 460 867) (“AHG”, “we”, “us”) collects and handles your personal information when you request Start Free — a free venue audit and trial of our hospitality services. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you complete the form we collect: your name, business or venue name, venue type, email, phone number, optional website and social media links, the services you’re interested in, any goals you describe, and your consent and marketing preferences. We also record technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent and referring page) for security and fraud prevention.

Why we collect it

How we store and protect it

Your information is stored in secured databases on infrastructure operated for the Aspire group and hosted in Singapore. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for. Where an enquiry does not proceed, we destroy or de-identify your personal information within 24 months of your last contact with us, unless we are required to keep it longer by law (APP 11.2).

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address). Clarity may also record session replays and heatmaps; the values you type into form fields are masked and are not captured in these replays. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. We use this data to measure and improve the site only — not to personally identify you. You can limit this collection using browser settings or extensions that block analytics cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers — for example email delivery, analytics and hosting providers — only to operate the service, and otherwise where required by law. Some of these providers, and the infrastructure that hosts your information, are located outside Australia: our lead database is hosted in Singapore; analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft on overseas infrastructure (including the United States); and our email delivery provider (Twilio SendGrid) processes email data in the United States. Before disclosing personal information overseas we take steps that are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure the recipient handles it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, as required by APP 8.1. Australian privacy law may not apply to these overseas recipients, and you may not be able to seek redress under that law against them.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Under the Privacy Act you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact us at hello@aspirehospitality.com.au.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us at hello@aspirehospitality.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
