These terms govern your use of Aspire Hospitality Start Free, provided by Aspire Hospitality Group (“AHG”, “we”, “us”). By submitting the form you agree to these terms.
Start Free lets hospitality operators request a free, no-obligation venue audit and trial selected AHG services — menu development and engineering, hospitality process outsourcing, SOPs and operations manuals, performance improvement, HRM and recruitment. The free audit and any recommendations are provided on an “as is” basis. Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days of your request. Any ongoing or paid engagement is subject to a separate agreement.
You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business or venue you register. You’re responsible for the content you submit and for keeping your contact details current.
The initial venue audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. We’ll always agree scope and fees with you in writing before any paid work begins, and no payment details are required to request Start Free.
To the extent permitted by law, the free audit and recommendations are provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
